A simple exercise that target your forearms.
Great training for your forearms. Just take a bar that has a dumbell connected and roll it up.
Reverse EZ curls are a very good forearm and upper arm exercise. They target primarily the brachialis, brachioradialis and biceps as well as your wrist extensors and flexor.
The forearms has twitch muscle fiber, so if your goal size and endurance, you should perform this exercise for 45 seconds to a minute.
Another simple exercise that only require a bench and a set of dumbells.
